Come and join DAC for Summer Camps in 2024!!

Here you'll find DAC's Summer of Dance 2024 camps, featuring clinics and intensives for a variety of ages, groups and levels! We have something for any type of dancer whether you have been dancing for years or are looking to try something new!

• Summer Dance Intensive- Join us for a week of dance at our 2024 Summer Intensive. We will have three rooms running.  Senior/Teen Room in Studio A, Junior Room in Studio C,  Sparks/Petite Room in Studio B.   Everyday will begin with a two hour ballet class followed by a 45 minute lunch break.  Each afternoon will  be filled with different dance disciplines: jazz, contemporary, hip hop, tap, etc.  On the final day of the intensive, June 21st, auditions will be held in the late morning/afternoon- students will be asked to showcase  choreography that they learned over the two week intensive.
• Disney Dance Camp - Calling all Disney Princesses and Princes….come and dance with us this summer at Disney Dance Camp! This Disney theme dance camp is designed for our youngest twirlers and jumpers.  Classes in ballet, hip hop, musical theater, tap, contemporary, along with craft and snack time. The week ends with an in-house performance starring our Disney campers. Camp will be held from July 29th-August 2nd, from 9:30am-1pm each day, ages 4 and up.
• Back to the Barre - Keep that ballet technique in tip-top shape with our ballet workshop that is offered throughout the summer.  2/3 levels of placement available with convenient evening hours. This workshop focuses on improving technique, building physical strength and flexibility, improving coordination and learning speed, and having a great time together! There are 2 sessions to choose from: July 29th-August 1st, 5:00-7:00pm and August 5th- August 8th, 5:00-7:00pm. Open to any and all dancers
• Swiftie Camp - Come join us to dance and sing to Taylor Swift music all day long! We are offering beginner-friendly classes in jazz, acro, lyrical and hip hop. Make friendship bracelets along with other Swiftie-themed crafts. An in studio performance will be held on the last day of camp to showcase all that you learned. Camp will be held August 5th - August 8th, from 10am to 2pm each day, ages 7 and up. No previous dance experience required, bring your friends for four days filled with singing and dancing to your favorite songs! 
• Summer Acro Workshop - Keep those acro skills in tip top shape with this three day workshop, August 13th-15th. Two levels available! 10am-12pm each day is our beginner/intermediate level class. This level is designed for students who are working on cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and front/back walkovers.  12pm-2pm each day is our intermediate/advanced class. This level is designed for students who have their front/back walkovers safely and confidently, are working on handsprings, aerials, and connected skills.

• Young Dancer Intensive - This intensive is specifically designed for beginner/intermediate pre-teens and teen dancers. Each evening will focus on an introduction into different styles of dance: ballet, hip hop, musical theater, jazz, contemporary, tap, cheer dance, lyrical and acro. Camp will be held August 19th-August 22nd, 5pm-7pm each night, ages 10-13 years old.
