Description

Take advantage of this fun, hands-on opportunity to connect, nurture, and relax with your baby! Infant massage integrates long-existing knowledge of the importance of touch and body based soothing as the grounds for strong attachment, coregulation, and ease for both you and your baby. This course includes techniques for tension, digestion, sleep and beyond. By completing this class, you will be better able to understand your baby’s nervous system and how to regulate it through touch.
